My son, Peter, is an avid birder and a ceramic sculptor. He currently has
work on exhibit at the Northern Clay Center in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Here
is one of his recent sculptures. It is not to scale but an accurate
rendition in the Peterson tradition. It is not a bird we see often in
