[Bristol-Birds] Beginners' Field Trip

Our Beginners'  Field Trip to the South Holston River in Kingsport will be 
held on Saturday, November 15. It will begin at  8:00 a.m and run to 10:30 or 
11:00 o'clock a.m.  We will meet and car-pool, if necessary, at the Riverfront 
Restaurant on Netherland Inn Road.  We will bird the river from Netherland Inn 
Road parking areas and cross over to Riverport Road and do some birding there 
along the slough.  We should see Spotted Sandpiper, cormorants, a variety of 
ducks, Great Blue Heron and, perhaps, Black-crowned Night Heron, kingfishers, 
Yellow-rumped Warblers, kinglets, etc.  Members and non-members are welcome.  I 
look forward to seeing you at the Riverfront!
