[Bristol-Birds] Barred owl

This evening as I was leaving the Powell River Project in Wise county VA, a
barred owl flew across the road in front of me and headed onto the pasture.
THe PRP is a research project in Wise County administered through Virginia Tech
that researches and tests methods for reclaiming mined lands.
