[Bristol-Birds] Barn Owl sign at VA Center, Johnson City

On March 8 I walked around the theater at the VA Center in Johnson City,
looking up to the corbels of the buliding for barn owls. I saw no owls, but
I did see a fluffy white feather on a windowsill and fresh-looking (uck)
droppings and a few pellets.
Better luck to the next person to check this location. If you go up the
exterior metal stairs, tread softly.
