[Bristol-Birds] Bald Eagle, Rasar Farm, Elizabethton

Gil Derouen, Johnson City; and Bryan Stevens, Hampton, birded with Brian
Rovira, visiting from Reno, Nev., on Saturday, Oct. 28, at various locations in
Carter County, TN.
At Rasar Farm on Watauga River near Elizabethton, we had an adult Bald Eagle,
an American Wigeon and several Mallards.
At Wilbur Lake, we again sighted an adult Bald Eagle; however, the bird at
Rasar Farm had flown off in the direction of Wilbur.
At Carter County Rescue Squad pond on Stoney Creek, we had one American Black
Duck among about 50 Mallards.
At various locations, we found a total of 9 Great Blue Herons.
