Last year Sam Cross and I heard a Yellow-throated Vireo on Steele Creek
Park's Lake Trail by the dam on 4 JUL 03. This is my only encounter with the
species in the park. Andrew W. Jones, however, records the bird as a fairly
common
summer resident / Migrant in the Birds of Steele Creek Park a list he prepared
which was updated by Jason Osborne in 1999.
