  Just to say a provisonal version of the information sheet/schedule/map that 
visitors will get on Saturday is now available. It is in .pdf format and is 
attched to this email. Its also available now on the website

  I have just had another look at the info sheet/schedule/and map and would 
really like to encourage anyone involved in the site on the day of the event to 
take the time out to have a look at this document, I think you would all find 
it very helpful.Al

  Any comments and corrections gratefully received. I will be continuing to 
work on the document to improve it so don't despair if you think its crap.

  Alan would like to do his Bee workshop at 2pm, I believe but he does appear 
flexible. Thanks. Kim
