BEER AND CHEESE TASTING
Thursday, March 18, 7-9 PM, Rolling Pin - Beechwood Shopping Center, Alps Road,
Athens, GA.
There are only a few seats left for Owen Ogletree's incredible beer and cheese
pairing to be held at the Athens Rolling Pin cooking store. Attendees will
sample eight world class beers paired with eight gourmet cheeses. Information
will be provided on each pairing.
Come and learn all the reasons why beer works so well with cheese. We will
sample a hoppy India Pale Ale with authentic Parmigiano Reggiano, a nut brown
ale with nutty Asiago, a malty Scottish Ale with Banon cheese wrapped in
chestnut leaves, a thick Stout with Mascarpone and molasses, a powerful
American Barleywine with mouth-blasting Cabrales blue cheese, AND MORE!
Tickets are $40 each and are on sale now at the Rolling Pin (706-354-8080).
