Hi all,
I'm not from Humanware, but my cord has a flat, rectangular plug that
goes into the wall, The cord itself is round and smooth, and it is
thinker than a cell phone cord. The plug detaches from the cord and
you will find a regular sized USB plug. Does that help?

Hi,
I have a question for any Humanware rep on the list.
Does the cord that is used to hook the BN touch to a computer, say "verizon?"
Can you please describe the cord I'm looking for?
Thanks,
Jessica

Hi all,
Jessica,, your charger comes apart. Just take the wall plug off the end of the cord and plug it into your computer.

Hi,
With all the recent issues I'm experiencing with my BN touch, I called Humanware yesterday, and they're sending me a new sd card.
Before I receive the card, I need to transfer all my files to a computer.
How can I do this?
They said to use the cable that charges the unit, but that has a wall plug at one end, and the micro-usb at the other end.
What can I do?
Thanks,
Jessica
