Hi Jessica,
Kim would know, since she has it on her Touch, but she's not on
this list. Maybe open the app first? Just go to the options
menu, then to language profile. It was in there for Kim, I'm
pretty sure!

Hi, the voice is not showing up under settings. I've already
looked in there.. What else can I try? Does the person who made
the tutorial have any ideas?

Hi Jessica,
You will have to buy it from the Google Play Store. Install it
just like you would any other third-party app. Then go into
settings and change whichever lauguage profile you'd like to use
it on.
There is a section in the tutorial on third-party apps, which
you should also listen to, if you haven't already done so. What
I'm telling you is not from experience, but what I gleaned from
listening to it.
Blessings,
Linda
