yes, you can, however, as a warning, the DAISY implementation on the
apex is very, very buggy. from my experience, it is very slow,
unreliable, and sometimes, it won't even render the book properly, and I
haven't found any solutions. You'd be better off using BRF instead,
however if you'd like to try it, yes, DAISY is supported.
