[brailleblaster] Update On My Mac App Bundle

Hi John and All,

I just reinstalled a fresh copy of Mac OS X, so as to ensure that the
building process goes smoothly.

I will be sending John the binaries either today or tomorrow.

I can get the 32-bit binaries first and then the 64-bit ones in a few
days if that is okay.

Let me know if you need anything else.
