[brailleblaster] Settings dialogue

The settings dialogue needs updating to include more settings. There
should be one for translation mode with radio bottons for UTDML
(default) and embosser/display ready. Later we can add a language
setting with radio buttons for the different languages for which there
is Braille support. When a language is chosen the user should see
another set of radio buttons for the various Braille codes for that
language. Language and braille code information should be obtained from
a file, not hard-coded. There might also be a set of radio buttons for
chosing various Braille formats, which are actually liblouisutdml
configuration files.
