I'm all for adding the C++ plugin. I would further like to require tools
like flex and bison to be declared a requirement for development. itex2mml
requires it.

It might be a good idea to install the ++ plugin for Eclipse. Then Java
development and porting of C and C== libraries can be done with the same
IDE. I'm not sure how the plugin wil work with Gnu autotools, but if it
has a standare make there should be no problem.
