[brailleblaster] Clarification of problem with help menu

When BrailleBlaster is placed in Program files on Windows, none of the 
help documents in the help menu can be accessed. The problem occurs in 
the UserHelp class in the wordprocessor subpackage. It is in the 
showHelp method and happens when the java.net.URI class is instantiated. 
It appears to be because of the space in Program files. The string 
passed to the URI constructor is in a special format and canot be 
enclosed in quotation marks. Suggestions on how to deal with this 
problem will be apreciated.
