[bookshare-discuss] unzipping files with a voicenote

here is how to "unzip" files with a voicenot.

Go to File Manager
Then pick Rename file.

So... for example the file mydog.zip change it to mydog.bks and then your
voicenote will open the file nice as you please.

You can then save the .bks as a .rtf or a keyword document.

The vision must be followed by the venture. It is not enough to
stare up the steps - we must step up the stairs.

him, Stacey,

I'm afraid I don't know anything about voicenote.
Someone else will have to answer that question.

After you download books, when you've finished
validating and are ready to upload, you click on the
upload word and you'll get a whole page (actually
there are 2) to fill out. But I wouldn't worry about
that now. Take things a step at a time. The only thing
to remember, after you download a book to work on, is
that you have to renew it every 6 or 7 days (counting
the day you download it) or it gets released, and what
gets released is the original, not the one you've been
working on. There is no time limit to finish a book,
and if it gets released because you lost track of time
you can always download it again. If someone else has
grabbed it in the meantime, you can ask here for the
person, if he or she is on this list, to release it so
you can finish working on it.
