[bookshare-discuss] unpacking books

Hello all
I have been trying to unpack some books I downloaded. I am getting a message
the says error umnpacking books. Where do I find out what the error is. I am
told that I have to enter my password but cana't find out where to enter it.
Where is that.
Do I have to downlload the open tools every time I download a book?
