No matter what I tried it wouldn't open. I even redownloaded it. I clicked on
the file and then victor reader soft studdered and I got that not responding
message. So I went in and reset the preferences to bks2. That reall sucks
because I am sick of vrs stopping on me. I was reading a great David Baldacci
book and just when a myriad of questions were about to be addressed, bam! it
stopped. I closed out and reloaded and two pages in, stop!

Yes, Traci. Bob's correct.
The other thing you can do is try opening it in the folder that you have
unzipped. It may open then, but not open if you move the XML file to another
folder Don't ask me why this is--I just know it's been my experience.

I removed the bks2 file preference off my account. However, when I
attempt to read the xml file of the book, it says access denied because of a
style sheet???
