Hi all,
Bonnie, no question is dumb. Things that to many are simple are that
way because they know how to do it. What screen reader are you using?
This may not make any difference but here's some help.
First, the combo boxes where they ask for DOB are just plain old combo
boxes. You activate them by using your alt-down-arrow to open the box
then arrowing down within the box to your selection. Finally, you
complete your selection by tabbing off the combo box. This should work
in all three main screen readers. These are Windows commands.
As for the PW, make sure that your caps lock is not enabled. This may
play havoc with your entry. If all else fails, write to:
