Hey, it's Janice at NFB Conference. Can someone give me specifics and I will
get with Gustavo and the folks at NFB tomorrow (Monday).

All papers not updating? Some? One?

If you can give me details, it will help.

Hello all,

Scott is quite correct. Bookshare is committed to bringing newspapers and
periodicals to its subscribers. This problem will, no doubt, be corrected
as soon as staff arrive at the office tomorrow. Please note that bookshare
will be slightly short-staffed for the next two weeks as the organization
attends the national ACB and NFB annual conventions.

Regards,

Pratik

I think we can safely steer away from the possibility of Bookshare no longer

hosting papers.

Most likely, this problem is temporary, and will be resolved for tomorrow's
news, if not sooner.

Scott
