Hi Cindy, Rick, Sue,
Cindy said she put an apostrophy in the title field, which is allowed.
The book will have problems with apostrophys in the filename field.
HTH,
Jake

So it was not the apostrophe in the title in my upload difficulty in
submitting The Woodsman's Daughter. Oh well, the mystery continues. But
at
least thankfully I got it to upload. Funny little gremlins in my path at
every turn it seems sometimes! <g>
Thanks for telling me and the list, Cindy.

I just uploaded a book with an apostrophe in the title--just to see what
would happen, being fully prepared to re-upload without the apostrophe if
it
were necessary, but the book was accepted.
The book is The Queen's Fool, by Philippa Gregory. It brings to life the
period in England between 1553 and
1558 and the personalities of Robert Dudley, Mary I and Elizabeth--and the
fall of Calais to the French after its belonging to England for so many
years.
There is a bibliography at the end. I love learning my history from
well-written historical fiction, and I've totally falllen in love with
that
charming Lord Robert Dudley.
How long it will take before it gets into the collection I do not know,
but
I'll keep watch and let you know.
Cindy
