To see if you can validate, once you are logged in, search for the word
"step" on that page:
There are 2 links with the word step in them:
step 1 is the link allowing you to see what needs validation and then
download the books themselves.
Step 2 is for submitting books once they're validated.
When logged in, if you find the word step on the main page, then youare
authorized to validate.
If you don't find those links, then you are still not authorized to
validate.
