hi Shelley,
Here is the email my friend wanted me to pass along to the list. Her
email addxress is included.
I am looking for another project similar to the puppy place books. Please
let me know if there are any out there They need help with.
Thanks,
Anastasia
I am looking to submit a book by one of my graduate school professors,
“The Sabbath Soul” by Eitan Fishbane. The scan is in good condition, but the
format of the book may be difficult to follow without a print edition on hand.
The book is formatted like so—there are texts from various Jewish mystical
thinkers and interspersed with the texts are my professor’s comments. However,
the original texts are not continuous—so in other words, you might have two
pages of a text followed by a note to jump to page 10 for the continuation of
the text. Pages 3-9 in this example would consist of his commentary and it is
sometimes a challenge to keep the two strands straight—the text and the
commentary. If anyone would be interested in validating this book, please
contact me at ltuchman1@xxxxxxxxxx I’ve got several other submissions on
Bookshare that are awaiting validation or are in need of a new validator. If
anyone would be interested in validating these I would be ever so grateful!
Best,
Lauren
