[bookshare-discuss] Reliability of Newspapers

Just a note to address the concerns that are being sent to Support about
the fact that the newspapers are not showing up reliably or in full. I
think most people understand, but some of these Emails have frankly been
quite rude. As it says on the Periodicals page, the service is in Beta
Test. For those not familiar with test cycles, something being in Beta Test
means that it will likely be inconsistent, at times incomplete and sometimes
buggy. It also means that things will improve over time. We look forward to
being able to pull the Beta label off the Periodicals page so that it will
be a useful reliable service for everyone. We continue to welcome
constructive critisism and the discovery of _new problems that may not have
been seen before. Thanks.
