Hi Paula,
Sometimes Word adds page breaks because it is trying to make everything
match the paper length settings. If you are willing to change them
temporarily you would at least be able to see which page breaks were really
supposed to be there and which were inventions of MSWord. If you want to try
let us know and we can give you instructions for how to do it. If not, you
can submit the book as is. Correct pagination is very desirable, but not
essential.
