If you have Openbook or K1000 you can transfer into the book courier. This way you don't need to unpack the book.

Fellow Book share Members, after several attempts to transfer Publisher Quality Files to my B C, I did find a somewhat cumbersome work around. I unpacked the P Q File with the Book Share un pack tool using the option to create a file with an HQML Extension. I then opened this HQML File with Internet Explorer and then saved this file as a TXT file. I then used the Book Courier Transfer Tool to load this TXT File into my B C. Once loaded on to the B C the TXT Files seem to read pretty much like a normal Book Share File. If anyone can come up with an easier solution please let me know. Thanks for your ideas and suggestions. Today I attempted to transfer a few publisher quality titles from Book Share on to my B C for the first time. As soon as I typedin my password and tapped enter on Open, my computer crashed on each ofthese files, and the file was not transferred to the B C. Volunteer scannedfiles with a rating of excellent, downloaded from Book Share at the same time were transferred to the B C with no problem. Is anyone else having a problem transferring Publisher Quality Files to aBook Courier, or am I the only one having this problem? It's obvious that the Publisher Quality format will become the most common file type on BookShare in the not too distant future, and some kind of a work around will have to be developed to get these files to play on a B C. Is Book Sharecurrently working on a work around or do I need to contact Springer Designto get their in put on this issue? I would appreciate any information or suggestions that anyone can provide which might help me to continue to use my B C to read Book Share Books.
