I guess I have a couple thoughts on this. Either they don't know how to resolve
it, or it's taking a lot longer than they thought it might take to resolve. I
just wish someone would let us know what they are doing and if any progress is
being made. I don't think that's too much to ask as we do pay for memberships.

came to what I suppose was the main body of the book my DTBM began to reboot.
Because this is a thirty-two gig thumb drive that takes about six minutes of
beeping to reboot I did not wait around to see if my place was lost. I just
reinserted the drive back into my computer and moved the book to my
audio+podcasts folder. I tested it again and it appears to work in that
folder. I know that I will get the legaliese at the beginning of each file
and I know that navigation is lost this way, but this is just a novel that I
do not expect to do a lot of navigating in and I can just put up with the
legal admonishments every so often even if I would prefer not to. However, I
would really prefer having it where I am accustomed to having it on my drive
and for it to function in the way to which I am accustomed. So could one of
the staff who monitors this list please weigh in and let us know if there is
an estimated time that this will be resolved, if there is any progress being
made, and what caused the problem in the first place?
