When I purchased my Book Courier, I wanted a case for it, but didn't want to
pay the $25 that they were charging for it. I went to Walmart, and looked
for a camera case that would fit the BC and carry all the accessories I
wanted for the unit. I found one for $6 that was waterproof, came with a
belt clip and shoulder strap, had a compartment for extra CF cards, one for
extra batteries, was padded and fit the BC to a teeeeee. Sometimes just
looking at what is commercially available can save quite a few bucks.

Hello All,
I just purchased a Victor Reader Stream and I am so excited to learn how to
use it.
I have a quick question... I know some people purchase a different carrying
case for The Stream, other than the one the unit comes with... Can someone
point me in the right direction as to where I can purchase one, the carying
case the unit comes with seems a bit flimsy.
