Hi Bertha,

Newsline has a service in which they send out their files in Daisy format. This is similar to the files that Bookshare gets in Daisy format. However, I like the emailing feature.

These files can be played in a Daisy player, but the version of Victor Soft that Bookshare uses only plays Bookshare books.

In order to read these papers, if one does not have a Daisy player, do the following.
Go to the XML file.
Change the name of it so that it has an HTM extension.
Put the file into a text editor and change ' to the apostrophe.
After saving that file, load it into a browser, such as Internet Explorer. Heading Level 1 is for the title of the whole publication.
Heading Level 2 is for the section.
Heading Level 3 is for the specific article.
