I have started to read several books that should have
been adult content because of sex that was very
descriptive.  Another book that I validated I made a
comment that there was some sexual content (making
out, petting, etc) but not extreme and it was labeled
adult content.  I think there needs to be a set
guideline on what constitutes adult content that
validators  stick to.  Like descriptive sex scenes,
tons of cussing, or graphic violence.  Then in the
comments section the validator says why it was labeled
as adult content.
