[bookport] sending a digital talking book to book port

Hi all i have a digital talking book from rfbd that i want to send to book 
port.  I went to the look in combo box and i went to the e drive witch is where 
i have the cd.  Then i went to the list view and i saw a whole bunch of files.  
What do i do from here?
