Robert:

I'm glad that Rob and Larry have agreed now.

We do not do phone support for Beta Testers, so that's why your call
was not returned. If your unit is dead, you will need to send it back to
the attention of the Repair Department.

The address is:

American Printing House For The Blind
ATTN: Repair Department
1839 Frankfort Avenue
Louisville, KY 40206

You do not need an RMA number, but rather be sure to address it to the
proper department.

Dear Rob/Larry:

I appear to be receiving inconsistent problems from the two of you.
Rob
says to return the unit whereas Larry suggests the problem may be
fixable if
I have a card reader. What should I do? Thank you.
