The play would work just the same if auto advance was on.  Going back to =
the beginning would only be triggered if already at the end of the ifle, =
and, as someone on the list pointed out, if you really want to be at the =
end, you can get there easily enough.  This is how commercial players do =
it.

Maybe the BookPort could determine if the file was tagged as music during
transfer, and - in such cases - play the file from start, if its pointer =
was
at the end during automatic advancement?

Still a little nervous about this topic because I can envisage situations
where you don't want to start hearing audio files again, if they are
chapters from a book etc which you have already heard.
