[bookport] partial mp3 files

I have noticed that a lot of MP3 files, mostly OTR, but also the tutorial
for the new window-eyes are only partially sent to the bookport.  These
seem to be MP3 files of poorer quality, and maybe lower bit rates, but
are there any suggestions about it.  Kurt
