APH uses LAME 3.92. Our selection of LAME version doesn't apply to other
software, as LAME is not a shared component in our case.

Can someone point me toward the version of the lame encoder which will
give me 192 bit rate for making mp3 files with Total Recorder. I seem
to be using the wrong version for some reason and the highest bit rate I
get is 64 kbps. Does APH use the latest version?
