I believe you can get the most up to date encoder from the goldwave web site

Can someone point me toward the version of the lame encoder which will give me 192 bit rate for making mp3 files with Total Recorder. I seem to be using the wrong version for some reason and the highest bit rate I get is 64 kbps. Does APH use the latest version?
