[bookport] Re: device no longer recongnizedafterfirmware upgrade

Hi,
Has anyone solved this problem?
My computer still won't recognise the bookport being plugged in (well the
software won't even though it works as an external drive).
Very frustrating as can't transfer files to the machine.
