The easier way is to open word, change the file type to excel and then open
that file.

Casondra, I've only done it once. All I did was opened the Excel document. I
then selected the entire document, and copied it to the clipboard. Then I
opened Microsoft Word and pasted. I went to the tables on the menu bar and
arrowed down to the convert submenu. I hit enter and tabbed over to change
table to text and hit enter. That worked for me. Good luck. Donna

Does anyone know how I can copy an excel spread sheet into a word document,
so I can put that information on the bookport? It is a simple church directory
with names, addresses and phone numbers. Thank you.
