Either format will work although, in most cases, you don't gain much
navigation from the daisy versions on bookshare. Book Port transfer will
automatically use the Book Wizard that you must also have installed on your
computer. I usually use the .brf versions since they're smaller but you'll
avoid translation anomalies by using the daisy versions. Lou
