[bookport] Re: bookport unable to play mp3 and audible files

Have you activated your Bookport with Audible? If not, go to the Options menu in the BP Transfer. I don't have the software open right now, so I'm not sure exactly where it is, offhand. Look around in there for it. Activating is relatively painless. It is easier than activating other devices with Audible Manager. You can't activate the Bookport that way.
