Hi Jim:
You assume incorrectly. In order to download the magazines, you must be part
of the test group. In case you think you are missing out, there are only
three magazines on the site. They are U.S. News, People and Smart Computing.
I'm told that new volunteers for the test are not being accepted at this
time.
