Looked for you at the Vegas convention, but you were not there.
The APH boot had a book port, but it was not working.

Yes. That means that we have shipped it. We do not charge the card until the
time of shipment. Unfortunately, I do not have access to that system, to
give you the exact date. However, usually, we print the invoice the day
after shipment.
