Hi, Larry. I am accessing the manual from the flash card. I recall that
with the original documentation on the flash card that there was a table of
contents. I recall hearing the opening announcement and then a table of
contents and then the first item in the manual which is the overview. I
noticed that since the beta software that a table of contents was no longer
on the flash card version of the manual. Does that help you out? Thanks.
