[bookport] Web-Braille Files

I don't think you're missing anything, it's just that Braille files are not
indexed as audio files might be for navigation of sections and subsections.
The 7 and 9 keys will move among pages, and section commands can work in
magazines, but an average book will not support nifty navigation like you're
inquiring about.
