Why would this confuse a consumer? There are two ways to do many = things, both on the BookPort and in Windows. For example, you can = either adjust the volume with keys D and F, or you can go into the = settings menu and adjust it that way. I personally like the F-cord, it = makes sense to me. But I also understand that this command would be = extremely difficult for a person with manual difficulties, whereas the = 7-8-9 combo would be relatively easy to press. The key word here is = "alternative", there are several ways to do things on a PC, and there's = no reason the BookPort can't be the same way. Now, from a programming = standpoint, this might not be feasible, but it's only a suggestion = anyway, one that might never see a firmware release.
