Not directly, but if you can right-click the file in Internet Explorer
and pick Save Target As, you can then send the resulting file.

Some links on web pages will not let you download the associated audio
file
but only listen as streaming audio. Is there a way of
copying/downloading
this type of audio to the Bookport?
I am just starting to work with Podcasts and the Bookport - Really
neat!
