does this thing have a warranty? if so how long does it last. Is re-soldering the headphone jack a problem, or will it cause problems with the warranty?

What about sending the BP back to APH for repairs? That will cost you a lot less than $600.00.At 05:39 PM 9/6/2007 -0400, you wrote:yeah. I had to actually go in and get someone to re-solder the headphone jack. I still have problems with it and am looking for a replacement headphone jack at various electronic stores. I am not sure what I will do if I cannot locate one, as I certainly do not want to pay $600 and some odd for a new bookport.Simon ----- Original Message ----- From: <mailto:Shelly.J.Blomstrom@xxxxxxxxxx>Blomstrom, Shelly J To: <mailto:bookport@xxxxxxxxxxxxx>bookport@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Sent: Thursday, September 06, 2007 2:22 PM Subject: [bookport] Small problemWhen I use my bookport it is necessary for me to move around the ear piece in order to get the sound out of it. I have tried different ear pieces. I feel that there is something loose inside the jack to where I plug them in. Has anyone else had problems with this?Sandy Licht Jeremiah 29:11 - 14.For I know the plans I have for you," declares the LORD, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.
