[bookport] Reading OPF files

It was my understanding that the 9 key would advance by section with OPF
files. When I read the NY times for 9/5 and 9/6, the 9 key didn't advance
at all--in fact, appeared to point back to the beginning of the current
section, no matter how many times I poked it or what intolerant words I
spoke. Do I have the wrong key? I am using the last non-beta upgrade.
