[bookport] Re: RFBD and bookport questions

Hi,
I sent the error message, but it hasn't come through. Here is what I wrote.
Glad part of this is going right, or appears to be.

Hi,
When I connect the bp, I have two boxes to select where to start and end the
transfer of a book. I am only given to options for where to begin, the title
of the book, which is the DSM-IV TR, and the "protective book notice." When
I tab to the end transfer box, I have three choices: "end of book" or
"Protected book notice."
I tried another book on CD, "Issues and Ethics in the Helping Professions,
and had three choices when I tabbed to the "through" box. The third choice
was the title of the book.
I tried all possible options and transferred them multiple times. When I
listen to the book on the BP I only hear the title of the book, and the
protected book notice.
What am I doing wrong?

Thanks/hugs,
Beth
