Yes, a "brick" design in which you have a standard cord that leads from the 
wall outlet to the brick and a second that leads from the brick to the 
device is vastly superior to those &%*@<>! wall cubes.

I label chargers. I even label those I am sure of, simply because it
makes it easier to grab the correct one when in a hurry.
Now, here is something I do think would be nice.  I hope that the
Bookport charger is not one of those cubes whose shape interferes with
the space occupied by other outlets.
